| SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONIn the event that you receive a scholarship for the training required to participate as a volunteer diver in the program, note that in return you are promising to volunteer at a minimum of 6 (six) AQUANAUTS ADAPTIVE AQUATICS events within one year of training completion.
